We've put together a quick list of facts that will answer most of the questions that our new customers tend to call us with before doing business with us for the first time. BUSINESS HOURS
We are open 24 hours a day every single day of the year both for price quotes and for service
You can call or email us absolutely any time and we'll get back to you as quick as possible
SMOKING ON BOARD
We do not allow smoking on any of our buses or Hummer limos in order to keep them fresh
We appreciate our smoking customers but respectfully ask that you do not smoke in our buses
SERVICE AREA INFORMATION
Most of your desired destinations will be found on our service area page, but call if not!
We do not travel outside of Michigan, there isn't enough interest for the cost of more states.
CONDITION OF THE BUS
You shouldn't have to do any extensive cleanups but please return the bus in same condition
Cup holders will help to prevent any messy spills while you're traveling with us!
DURATION OF YOUR TRIP
You're welcome to stay as long as you like, even longer than you planned to initially
No extra fees, just the same hourly rate, charged in 15-min increments
EXTRA FEES
Fees are extremely rare, generally only when traveling 50+ miles outside of our service area
A fuel surcharge will also apply to trips 120+ miles outside of our service area
CHILDREN ON BOARD
Children and those under 21 are welcome, however no alcohol may be present on board
Party buses and pro chauffeurs are excellent transportation for sweet 16 parties and proms
PETS ON BOARD
We do not have a concrete pet policy but please call our offices if you want to bring your pooch
There may be specific vehicles available for these kinds of trips
MULTI-DAY TRIPS
We welcome multi-day trips and we're happy to help you plan the transportation

WHY CAN'T WE BOOK ONLINE
3rd party booking apps used by many sites force higher prices to make up for the extra cost.
We'd rather pass the extra savings on to you instead, you'd rather make a phone call than pay the extra.
